I find that people who aren't very intelligent disagree with the majority of the things i say. This has occurred so many times, that I now believe it is not some strange coincidence, but that unintelligent people must all get really offended by things they don't understand. I'm not trying to say that i'm some kind of genius or anything, but I am saying that there's an obvious difference in intelligence between myself and the people who seem to have problems with me.

The main problem? Stupid people have no idea how stupid they are. They don't. You can't convince them, because they refuse to accept it. They think you're just being conceited. An example: On a certain bulletin board i may or may not frequent, a huge argument occurred wherein one or two girls were arguing against quite a few somewhat intelligent people. A friend of mine whom I had been talking with about the incident logged on to the bulletin board and posted as "an outsider" as he'd never been there before (see how that works?). He observed that the one or two girls who had been bringing on all the negativity must be either younger or less intelligent than the majority of the people they were arguing with, as most of their posts were full of spelling errors and made little sense, but made excellent use of the word "fuck." The girl responded to this guy with "Fuck you! You don't know me, and you don't know how old or how smart i am!" ...which only served to further prove his point.

I've also found that less intelligent people are the first ones to try to fight back. If you, for example, post something that could be taken as offensive on a website, you're sure to get tons of hatemail, most of it containing some kind of idle threat. Yes. Come to my house and beat me up because I don't like republicans. If you say something a stupid person doesn't agree with, they'll be the first to take it personally and call you some kind of stupid name like cuntface or dumbfuck.

I once saw someone in a chat room (the famous missy_manson from the "Conversations With Idiots" page) telling my friend who was using the name "I_Hate_Stupid_People" that hating stupid people was just the same as hating Jews and that he might as well burn stupid people in an oven. This theory is unimaginably stupid in itself and does not deserve to be taken seriously. Making fun of someone who is less intelligent is different then making fun of someone because of their race or religion. I can't explain why, it just is.

Lately, I've been swarmed by stupid people. I really have. It's like they're all coming out of the woodwork for the end of the century or something. I've been getting pretty down about it all. Stupid people are a pain in the ass to deal with. I feel terribly sorry for all the geniuses out there. I mean, if I'm this frustrated with all the idiots frolicking around everywhere, just think about how frustrated they must be...
